What to expect:

Join an agile DevOps team building backend services.
You’ll design, develop, test, deploy, and operate secure applications while continuously learning and improving.
Collaborate with the Product Owner to define functionality, estimate work for sprint planning, and ensure technical designs align with architecture for scalability and maintainability.
Work with modern tools, microservice-based architecture, and emerging technologies.
Contribute ideas, shape processes, and help deliver innovative, high-impact solutions in a collaborative environment.

What you bring along:

Experience: 5+ years in Java development, Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Core Tech: Spring/Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka
Practices: DevOps, automated testing, monitoring, Agile (Scrum/Kanban/Scaled Agile)
Other: REST/gRPC, security (mTLS, OAuth), CI/CD (GitLab), JUnit, Maven
Soft Skills: Fluent English, collaboration, accountability, continuous learning, innovation
Gothenburg location and candidates must hold valid work authorization in Sweden.
