- Develop and execute SAP test plans.
- Create standard procedures.
- Follow up open points and issues founded during the tests.
- Coordinate with the plant leads of each factory and the integrators team.
- Apply a methodology of work and meet deadlines.
Requisitos:
- University degree in IT or any Engineering Branch.
- Previous experience in SAP training and technical Support. Good knowledge of SAP.
- Experience in developing test plans and procedures.
- High level of English and Spanish, one of the contacts must be fluent too in portuguesez, and other European language is valuable.
- Coordination and analytical skills.
- Experience in developing test plans and procedures writing.
- Training and technical support skills.
- Ability to solve problems efficiently.
- Good communication and presentation to collaborate with internal teams and other stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to work in an international and multi-cultural environment.
