What to expect:

- Creating texts and images including research and/or digitization according to briefings from different departments.
- Coordinate directly with customer’s specialist departments and topic editors.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of vehicle-specific content.
- Track and implement feedback and change requests in collaboration with topic editors.
- Validate and update dynamic content (e.g., technical data, tire pressures).
- Ensure editorial compliance in all vehicle-specific content.
- Coordinate with internal and external editorial teams for content validation and updates.
- Plan, research, and coordinate the creation and updating of graphics (e.g., cockpit overviews, exterior views).
- Create graphic templates using CAD screenshots and PowerPoint annotations.
- Integrate graphics into the editorial system using assigned graphic numbers.
- Incorporate editorial changes directly into the editorial system and other tools (e.g., Adobe Acrobat).
- Participate in special processes for post-translation content updates.

What you bring along:

Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
(C1) German language mandatory, English is an advantage.
Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing or editorial work, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
Experience working with CAD data and graphic editing workflows.
Ability to manage complex documentation projects independently.
High attention to detail and ability to follow strict editorial guidelines.
Experience with Adobe Acrobat and editorial content management systems.
Experience with change tracking and version control systems.
