What to expect:

For a long-term automotive development project in the area of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), you take over a supporting role in project coordination, change management, function cluster activity and release campaigns.

The focus is on the following activities:

Support Function Cluster Speaker role on function level
- Prepare and organize regular meetings on project status
- Represent role in relevant committees
- Create relevant items for existing processes, presentations, reporting
Project management and change management
- Create relevant items for existing processes, presentations, reporting
- Track resources in the change management process
- Organize and moderate the ADAS Change Control Board (CCB)
- Assign and monitor tasks and action items
Organizational support for ADAS release campaigns
- Organize and coordinate necessary activities

What you bring along:

Successfully completed degree in electrical engineering, automotive engineering, computer science, or comparable training
Experience in automotive development projects, preferably in ADAS / driver assistance systems
Known expertise of project coordination and change management processes beneficial
Highly communicative person with team spirit and clear communication at all levels who is well organized along with a structured working-style
Willingness to work at client’s site in Mladá Boleslav
Willingness for business travels if required
Excellent language skills in Czech and English. German language skills are beneficial
