What you bring along:

German language is a must, English is nice to have.
Strong understanding of system engineering principles, network architecture, and relevant technologies.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of engineers.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and other teams.
Experience in managing projects, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships.
