As Learning Experience Designer, you will work with subject matter experts and functional trainers to develop engaging learning activities and compelling content for Medicine worldwide.
To address learning needs more effectively, you will outline training objectives and design learning journeys that apply state-of-the-art instructional design and adult learning theories.
Further, you will support decisions on the criteria used to judge learner’s performance and develop assessments and learning effectiveness measures.
Based on these insights on learning progress as well as stakeholder feedback, you will propose and lead training process improvement projects.
In this context, you will also identify and implement innovative learning systems and tools as well as external or “off-the-shelf” training materials to further enhance the learning strategy.
Finally, you will ensure that instructional material reflects the diversity of learners and cultures.
What you need to bring along:
Master’s degree in business, natural sciences or comparable experience with specialization in instructional design
Several years’ experience in global and cross-functional training project management within the pharmaceutical industry
Experience in the development and maintenance of innovative content on learning and communication platforms (e.g., e-learning, forums, etc.)
Knowledge and expertise in instructional design, learning content development, and adult learning methodology (preferably GxP)
Proven experience in identification and implementation of novel learning systems and platforms
Strong computer skills, including MS Office, MS Project, database tools, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and change
Customer centric, result oriented and agile mindset
