Activity:
In direct contact with the Project Manager and Project Director in charge of development, the purpose is a transversal management in terms of project planning activities.
Task:
- Build project development planning for New Business customers
- HPDS adaptation to new project schedule set-up
- Strategical support to New Business Director
- Master Planning built and updated in GPS
- The model change that defines the transition from client standard schedules to new schedules
- Critical planning paths
- The summary documents associated with the schedule
- Synchronization between customer planning milestones
- Minutes of planning meetings resulting from the management of the elaboration of schedules and milestone animation
- Risk dashboard to assess the progress of the Ki resolution
- Risk analysis file, deviations, and critical paths
- Quality Commitment Project planning for the achievement of the client milestones
- Master plan integrating the diversity of the project concerned. Master Plan built and updated for the leading line piloted in project meeting and its main follower lines.
Request:
- Engineering degree
- Communication with teams in English and/ or French.
- Expertise in automotive GMP product design/ process & knowledge of organelle development
- Strong experience in project and transversal animation
- Synthesis capacity & cross-functional communication
