Software Integration Test Engineer - Telematics & Connectivity (Embedded Linux)

Workplace: 418 32, Gothenburg

What to expect:

  • Perform system, integration and component testing for the next-generation TCAM and connected services.
  • Develop and maintain automated test frameworks in both Windows and Linux environments.
  • Verify software functionality, performance and robustness across telematics and connectivity features.
  • Contribute to sprint planning, backlog refinement and daily standups within a ~7-person agile team.
  • Report progress, defects and test results in JIRA/Flow, ensuring high development transparency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to secure end-to-end quality of deliveries.
  • Support continuous improvement of testing processes, tools and integration workflows.
 

What you bring along:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience with system, integration and component testing for embedded/software systems.
  • Hands-on experience developing test automation frameworks (Windows + Linux).
  • Strong competence in Embedded Linux environments.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as bash scripting, Git, Gerrit and Jenkins.
  • Python scripting, Embedded C/C++ or application development in C++, Experience with HIL testing, Agile software development
  • Experience working in cross-functional agile teams
  • Clear and effective communication skills, fluent in Swedish and English.
  • Valid EU or Swedish driving license.
  • Gothenburg location and candidates must hold valid work authorization in Sweden.
