What to expect:

Plan and execute mechanical tests, including functional, durability, and structural testing.

Provide support throughout the product validation phase.

Collaborate closely with R&D, Production, and Quality teams to ensure proper test execution and alignment with project requirements.

Analyze test results, interpret data, and formulate clear technical conclusions.

Identify technical root causes in case of test-related nonconformities and propose corrective actions.

Prepare test plans, technical reports, and documentation required for validation activities.

Define and formalize test conditions to ensure component qualification within the internal environment.

Work with test protocols, process flow plans, and industrialization documents.

Instrument test rigs, fixtures, and measurement benches as needed.

What you bring along:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.

Experience in mechanical testing and/or product validation.

Strong ability to develop test plans and produce clear technical reports.

Solid experience in analyzing test results, interpreting data, and drawing technical conclusions.

Previous exposure to an industrial environment; experience with mobile equipment, hydraulics, or welded structures is a plus.

Advanced mechanical knowledge and understanding of materials and mechanical behavior.

Good understanding of mechanical components and their performance limitations.

Ability to study and apply test protocols, process flow documentation, and industrialization standards.

Experience with instrumentation of devices and measurement benches.

Technical drawing literacy.

Strong analytical skills, including root-cause identification and solution recommendation.

Advanced English language skills; French is an advantage.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
