We are seeking an experienced System Engineer for Hydrogen Engines with a strong background in Hardware Development. For this position you bring experience in combustion engines, particularly gasoline engines, and have experience as a System Hardware Engineer as well. The role involves designing, developing and implementing electronic components and its interfaces, which are supporting the conversion of diesel engines to hydrogen operation.
Key Responsibilities:
System Requirements Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis to define and document system requirements for hardware development.
System Architecture Design: Create detailed electrical and electronic system architectures, including E/E wiring and cable harness schematics.
Testing and Validation: Plan and set up electronics laboratories, select and purchase necessary equipment, and establish quality assurance test systems for ECU hardware and software development.
Component Verification: Verify and validate mechatronic components of combustion engines.
System Integration: Support the integration of corresponding ECU’s, software, and engine systems on test benches

Proven experience in the field of combustion engines (gasoline engines) and system hardware engineering.
Strong understanding of automotive system architecture for combustion engines its electronics and E/E systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics).
