What to expect:

Lead end-to-end project execution (planning, delivery, stakeholder alignment)
Act as the main contact for internal teams and external clients (German-speaking)
Coordinate development teams and run Agile ceremonies
Track KPIs, manage risks, and ensure technical milestones are met
Ensure compliance with automotive standards (ASPICE, ISO 26262)
Lead technical customer meetings
Participate in technical meetings at different levels to decide the applicability of changes.
Make and maintain a reporting chart of hard points
Organize the CTD (Technical Development Committee) to share and solve technical problems
Drive FMEA analysis with the development team
Create Stakeholder Requirements Specification starting from customer requirements
Guarantees expressions of need on the descent of the V-cycle to integrate physical parts
Define the validation schedule with clients.

What you bring along:

3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software/technical projects
Strong background in the automotive industry (ADAS, infotainment, ECU, etc.)
Solid understanding of software development processes (technical background is a plus)
Technical degree (Engineering, Computer Science)
Good communicator and good relationship
Team spirit
Good Knowledge on Vector Tools
Good Knowledge of ADAS functionalities
Able to use Doors, Jira, Diagnostic Tools
Good understanding of Testing logic
Good understanding of SW and HW development logic
Fluent in German and English
