What to expect:

  • Develop the sales pipeline
  • Develop customer portfolio by opening new clients, grow and develop existing client base
  • Identifying and developing new business related to:
          Solution Development Services: Digital Business Transformation & Automation; Software Development; System Development
          Cloud Services; Platform as a service; Financial related SW development, Business intelligence 
          Managed Services: Managed Infrastructure; Managed Cloud; Managed Applications; End user management
  • Coaching junior members of the sales team
  • Account planning and customer relationship management
  • Ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction
  • Achieve GP and Revenue sales targets
  • Business tracking and reporting
 

What you bring along:

  • Experience as a business developer of more than 3 years / Previous experience in lead generation roles, or in sales and business development/ Strong experience in business development, partnerships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Commercial skills: developing and maintaining a portfolio of major corporate clients.
  • Successful completion of coursework in sales techniques, marketing, and communication may be advantageous.
  • Recruitment talents: to understand the candidates and support the HR team when needed.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Self-directed individual with initiative.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Highly organized and process driven.
  • Fluent in English, French is a plus
