Academic Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.

Professional Experience: At least 5 years of experience in overseeing semiconductor wafer manufacturing processes, equipment management, and quality control methods.

Technical Knowledge: Experience with both silicon-based and non-silicon-based implementations preferred.

Expertise: In-depth knowledge of raw material properties and key quality requirements in wafer manufacturing (lithography, etching, ion implantation, etc.). Mastery of the wafer manufacturing process, equipment management, and quality control methods.

Process Experience: Experience in process development, process integration, and manufacturing quality control. Experience in establishing a quality system in a new facility is a plus.

Personal Traits: Strong work motivation, responsibility, and precise, clear thinking. Excellent skills in analysis and improvement.

Quality Methods: Knowledge of FMEA, SPC, MSA, and QC7 methods.

Quality Management: Familiarity with ISO9001 quality management system and high stress resistance.

Soft Skills: Excellent project management and communication skills.

Language Skills: Fluent in English; German and/or Chinese are advantageous.

Willingness to Travel: Willingness to undertake international business trips or delegations.
