System & Process Engineer (m/w/d)

Was Sie erwartet:

As part of a direct placement for a well-known customer (Munich area), we are looking for a System and Process Engineer (m/f/d):

Development and implementation of requirements management for powertrain system
Development and implementation of change management for powertrain system
Organizing alignment rounds, tracking of requirements, tracking of change requests and implementation of agile working structure

Monitoring of electrical system and components requirement compliance and adequate test coverage
Quality check of specification sheets for powertrain system and components
Development of concept for specification fulfillment on system and subsystem level (powertrain and components such as battery, motor, etc.)
Evaluation & analysis of use cases on system/vehicle level considering boundary conditions & up to date component parameters
Development of new system technologies as research projects
Adaption of electrical components’ needs to electrical system
Adaption of electrical components to increase electrical system efficiency
Development and evaluation of model based requirements
Model based mapping of vehicle requirements to platform requirements
Modelling and simulation of electrical powertrain systems in vehicles
Planning and monitoring of budget/CAPEX of a subproject
Monitoring and coordination of suppliers

Was Sie mitbringen:

Bachelor (preferably Master) degree in area of electrical engineering, vehicle technology or a comparable course of study
2+ years relevant working experience in industry or university projects
Knowledge and experience with automotive development processes (i.e. V-Model)
Experience with project management toolchain (Codebeamer or similar)
Knowledge and experience with automotive and electric vehicle tractive system
Experience with technical project structures in the automotive industry
Experience with requirements management, change management and release management
Knowledge and experience with Jira, Confluence and similar agile tools (e.g. Atlassian) ·
Experience with agile working methods (e.g. Scrum, Kan-Ban)
Strong communication skills – face to project management, component owners and suppliers
Understanding of complex contexts and (analytical) problem solving skills
Understanding of electronics and software architecture of vehicles
Great enthusiasm for two-wheeler engineering and electric vehicles
Fluent English (C1 or higher) and German (C2) language proficiency
