Key Responsibilities:

Spearhead the planning and execution of manufacturing technologies within the SiC domain. Explore and assess leading industry platforms and technologies, establish a resource network for industry collaboration, and drive project-based technical partnerships
Oversee SiC manufacturing requirements and develop cutting-edge micro-nano manufacturing solutions based on the SiC technology platform’s capabilities
Lead the implementation of SiC manufacturing solutions and address significant technical challenges
Recruit and integrate key technology experts and resources to support the advancement and breakthrough of related processes and technologies

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Semiconductor Physics, Microelectronics, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related field within the semiconductor industry
More than 5 years of experience in semiconductor epitaxy introduction or development, with direct experience in SiC product introduction or production required
Strong understanding of SiC process flow, manufacturing processes, and characterization techniques preferred
Expertise in semiconductor material processing, ideally related to power devices development.
Proficiency in measurement methods and techniques for evaluating materials and process outcomes
Demonstrated success in mass production within leading industry factories is highly advantageous.
Practical, hands-on approach with an adaptable mindset for working in diverse cultural environments
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in German and/or Chinese is a plus
