What to expect:

In your new role, you will act as a key contributor during the scoping, and template build/pilot phases of the SAP IBP for Demand project
Furthermore, you will contribute to the functional design of demand forecasting processes within SAP IBP for Demand
You will collaborate with Global Business Services, Global Commercial Business, IT, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment of forecasting processes with strategic business needs
Also, you will facilitate workshops, training sessions, and bootcamps to build capability across global and regional teams
Expert input will be provided by you into training content, testing scenarios, and change management activities for global and regional stakeholders
Finally, you will foster process adherence, and drive continuous improvement in areas like forecast monetization, reporting, and analytics capabilities

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics or related field
Several years of experience in demand forecasting, with knowledge of SAP IBP for Demand or other forecasting tools (e.g. JDA, Kinaxis RapidResponse…)
Experience working in cross-functional, global and local teams with strong stakeholder management skills
Proven experience in process design, system implementation, and stakeholder engagement
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical modeling and forecasting algorithms (e.g., exponential smoothing, demand sensing, machine learning)
Excellent communication and change management capabilities
Fluent in English; German is a plus
