What to expect:

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Hardware Design Engineer to join our dynamic team.
Design, develop, and test electronic circuits and systems based on project requirements
Create schematics and PCB layouts using Altium Designer or EAGLE
Select appropriate electronic components considering performance, cost, and availability
Develop and execute test plans for signal integrity, power integrity, and EMC testing
Use simulation software (e.g., PSpice in OrCAD X Capture) to analyze and optimize circuits
Perform pre- and post-layout simulations to ensure performance compliance
Analyze test and simulation results, identify and resolve design issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless system integration (without coding microcontroller firmware)
Create and maintain technical documentation (design specs, test reports, user manuals)
Stay updated on the latest electronic engineering technologies and testing methodologies
Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback
Troubleshoot and debug electronic systems using simulation and physical testing
Support manufacturing processes and resolve technical hardware-related issues
Ensure designs comply with industry standards and regulation
Contribute to engineering process and standards development

What you bring along:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit design principles
Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout (Altium Designer, EAGLE)
Familiarity with electronic components and their applications
Experience with circuit simulation tools (PSpice, SimScale, Proteus)
Testing and debugging experience, including signal and power integrity analysis
Ability to interpret datasheets and technical documentation
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Familiarity with EMC/EMI considerations in electronic design
Knowledge of industry standards (RoHS, CE) and regulations
Experience with field solver applications for advanced simulations
Highly motivated and self-directed
