What to expect:

Validate the required resources (staff, materials, etc.) to meet the objectives of the project
Put on the project team while respecting the allocated budgets (technical costs, industrialization costs, start-up costs, etc.
Manage and update the project planning. Identify and manage, through targeted action plan, the critical path of project planning
Animate internal project reviews and milestone reviews in compliance with the group project charter
Manage and coordinate project communication with the client project team
