Design and develop standard solutions for Substation Automation Systems (SAS) that deliver secure, scalable architectures aligned with customer requirements and compliant with industry standards
Create project-specific solutions and architectures in close collaboration with bid management and sales teams
Prepare detailed technical descriptions and compile the Bill of Materials (BoM) for SAS solutions
Manage stakeholders and provide technical support to sales, bid management, and engineering teams
Conduct training sessions for internal departments such as sales, bid management, and project execution
Translate functional requirements into Epics, Features, and high-level acceptance criteria for agile implementation
Was Sie mitbringen:
Successfully completed university degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
At least 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect, System Architect, Project Manager, or similar role in the substation business
Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, standards, and codes
In-depth understanding of substation system design, from secondary equipment to SCADA and HMI
Expertise in substation secondary equipment technologies (e.g., protection relays, power metering)
Familiarity with leading market products and solutions (e.g., Siemens SIPROTEC, ABB, Schneider)
Experience in project execution or project management of substation solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers at eye level
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a structured and collaborative approach
Fluent in English; German is desirable
