• The objective of the service is to help ensure the conformity of POEs delivered to plants by conducting quality and/or industrial process activities at potential suppliers, at risk or penalizing in the Upstream, Project and/or Series Production phases.
• Risk assessments and quality and/or process diagnostics must be carried out at supplier sites.
• The robustness and adequacy of the action plans proposed by suppliers must be assessed.
• At our suppliers' final manufacturing sites from the PT wave through to series industrialization (SOP) in the project activity.
• Monitor the quality results of the processes for which he/she is responsible, alert and propose solutions in the event of deviations.
• OSA, FW, 8D audits, technical visits to suppliers as part of supplier improvement.
• Produce the report after the audit at the supplier's premises.
• Work as part of a team with the SSDs and report progress to the Project Supplier Quality Manager & Project Manager.
