What you can expect:

  • Support our IT team in Bucharest as a working

    student!

    Client Service:

  • Setting up workstations and notebooks

  • Troubleshooting on workstations and notebooks

  • Warranty processing

  • Software installation

    Client lifecycle:

  • Quick comprehension and problem-solving skills

  • Goods receipt and registration of IT equipment

  • Maintenance of IT assets in an asset database

  • Disposal of IT equipment

 

What you bring with you:

  • Degree in IT, computer science, business

    informatics or a comparable field of study

  • Knowledge of current Windows operating systems

    and Microsoft application,

  • Experience in delivering IT projects is desirable

  • High flexibility as well as communication and

    teamwork skills

  • Very good written and spoken English (at least

    C1)

  • Quick comprehension and problem-solving skills
