What to expect:

We are looking for a Software Engineer with experience with ADA and/or C++ to join our team. This position involves the migration and development of software systems focused on ADA and C languages for one of the computers responsible for the HMI of an aircraft.

The selected person will analyze and understand the existing software, particularly in systems operating on VxWorks, and will be capable of automating task execution through the development of Python scripts.

This position is on-site in Getafe (Madrid).

General Responsibilities:

Analyze and understand current software implementations in ADA/C++ under DO-178C.
Work with systems running on VxWorks architecture.
Develop automation scripts in Python.
Develop and execute high and low-level tests.
Collaborate in continuous integration environments.
Generate evidence and documentation using the requirements described in DOORS.

What you bring along:

University degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in software development.
Specific knowledge in ADA/C++, Python, DO-178C, VxWorks, and DOORS.
Strong communication skills, patience, and resilience.
English level B2 or higher.
