Was Sie erwartet:

Design and develop electronic hardware for battery and power distribution from prototypes to future systems, including analogue and digital circuit design
Implement electronics hardware development processes and toolchains
Perform schematic capture, PCB layout, and component selection to meet project specifications and regulatory requirements
Conduct simulations and analysis to ensure system performance and reliability under various environmental conditions
Develop and execute test plans for hardware validation, including functional, environmental, and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing
Collaborate with software, mechanical, and systems engineers to ensure seamless integration of hardware components
Participate in design reviews, providing technical expertise and ensuring compliance with industry standards
Generate detailed documentation, including design specifications, test procedures, and technical reports
Support manufacturing and testing teams with troubleshooting and resolving hardware issues
Stay current with advancements in electronics and incorporate new methodologies and components into designs

Was Sie mitbringen:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
Ideally 5+ years of experience in electronic hardware design
Proficiency in electronic design automation (EDA) tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence, or Mentor Graphics
Experience with embedded systems and microcontroller-based designs
Experience with battery management systems, power electronics, or related fields is highly desirable
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Fluent English language skills are essential, fluent German or other language would be beneficial
